TM, I see you feel pretty strongly about it. Now don't get your Irish up lass. And that church sign site is frickin' hilarious. I hadn't seen it before.
Hi Bruce - thanks for dropping by - I've had a nice time sitting here reading your blog.
Firstly - how the hell do you sleep with that gas mask on your face? :-O Secondly, I always knew those Baptists had a smile on their faces for a reason - now we know what it is ;-)
Hope you don't mind if I bookmark and come again (so to speak)?
BBC, I've always belived that women have the power. If that weren't true religions and male dominated society wouldn't have tried so hard to vilify them and hold them down for so long. Wrap them up in burkas because they're respected and revered? Yeah, right. Change the myth so the Goddess is a virgin mother and elevate her to such high reverence that she's out of the picture completely.
Kitty, hello and welcome. That thing on my face takes some getting used to and even six months down the road some nights are better than others. I do not mind at all if you bookmark me and I hope you come multiple times ;-) Thanks.
When did the church hire Monica Lewinski to do their publicity?
ReplyDeleteI did not hire that woman to do publicity. That depends on what the definition of "is" is. Huh?
ReplyDeleteThat position is only equaled by being on her hands and knees.
ReplyDeleteAnd they say southern baptists don't have a sense of humor.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure it's meant to be funny. I think they're on to something. I can definitely see how it could facilitate seeing and communicating with God.
ReplyDeleteI bet there are more church goers there on any given Sunday than any other place of worship in town.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure how many repeat customers they get though.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Lord. I'll cometh over white teeth and fear no evil. For ever and ever, amen.
ReplyDeleteHungry Mother, bea HEALEDa. Say AMEN!

LOL - too funny
ReplyDeleteAll that power and women don't know how to use it properly. If they did they could create world peace.
